I wanted to again express my appreciation for the care and attention you give our Westies. As a breeder, our Westie family continues to reproduce, mature, and age. Regardless of whether we are speaking of our show dogs or pets, I feel our dogs’ health is of importance to you and your knowledgeable staff.

Part of the reason I have followed you and your staff from Castle Rock is that I feel we have a partnership. We are all interested in the health and well-being of my dogs and understand that it is a continuing learning experience for all of us. When I have a concern, I feel you acknowledge and respect my observations and experiences. You have also been flexible with your schedule when I have had an emergency. It gives me such confidence to know that a veterinarian who knows my dogs is watching out for them.

Furthermore, I feel you, Jonathan, have developed a state of the art surgery center in Douglas County. Your knowledge and the facilities you now have enable us to handle some surgeries locally which, during an earlier time, would have had to be transferred to Denver.

But most of all, it is the caring spirit found in your office which is a reason for me to return time and again as my animal friends mature and age. The animal histories, which your staff keep updated so well, enable us to examine their diets, vaccinations, dental and physical structure for possible problem issues. Because of this attention and care, I find the dogs are remaining healthy and vigorous as long as possible. Thank you again for being part of our family’s medical health team!
